Delete your MyVibe account

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account (also on the screen of a restricted account). Your account, profiles and personal data are deleted at once and the photo files within minutes; ratings you gave remain without any link to your account and are only used in aggregate results. Backups roll over within 7 days.

Cannot use the app any more? Send us a deletion request from the e-mail address you sign in with. We delete the account and confirm by e-mail within 30 days.

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in the App Store / Google Play. What we keep after a deletion is explained in the Privacy Policy (section 6). Questions: support@myvibe.my.
