Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and TPAI Games ("we"), the operator of MyVibe. By creating an account or using MyVibe you agree to them, to our Community Guidelines and to our Privacy Policy. The app asks you to accept them before you start.
1. What MyVibe is
MyVibe lets real people give anonymous first-impression feedback on photos: a photo score, an age guess, first impressions and tags. You rate others, and once you have rated enough people you can upload your own photos and see how others see them. MyVibe is not a dating service: there is no matching, messaging or exchange of contact details.
2. Who may use it
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must give true details (in particular your date of birth) and use only one account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens in your account.
- You may not use MyVibe if we have banned you before.
3. Zero tolerance
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content that breaks our Community Guidelines is removed, and accounts that post it or abuse other people are restricted, suspended or banned. In particular you may not upload or send:
- nudity, sexual or sexually suggestive content;
- any content involving a person under 18;
- photos of anyone but yourself, or AI-generated or heavily edited images presented as you;
- harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or discrimination;
- violent, shocking or illegal content;
- contact details, links, advertising or spam;
- content that infringes someone else's rights.
You may also not manipulate ratings (for example with several accounts, bots or coordinated rating), impersonate anyone, or interfere with the service.
4. Your photos and content
- You keep the rights to your photos. You confirm that each photo shows you, that you have the right to upload it, and that you want other users to rate it.
- You allow us to store your photos, show them to other users as rating cards while your profile is public, check them with automated tools and human moderators, and keep the records we need for safety and moderation. This permission ends when you delete the photo or your account, except for those records (see the Privacy Policy).
- Ratings you give are anonymous. You allow us to use them in other people's results, also after you delete your account, without any link to you.
5. Moderation, reports and appeals
- Photos and profile messages are checked before other users can see them.
- You can report any card, photo, profile message or display name and block any user. We aim to review reports within 24 hours.
- We may reject or remove content, change display names, hide profiles, restrict features, suspend or ban accounts, and report illegal content to the authorities.
- You can appeal a decision in the app; a person reviews every appeal. A photo rejection must be appealed within 30 days.
6. Ratings are opinions
Ratings are the subjective first impressions of other users. They are not a judgement of your worth and may be wrong. Do not rely on them for any decision that matters.
7. Membership
- Some features need a paid membership. It is bought and billed through the App Store or Google Play, renews automatically until you cancel it there, and refunds follow their rules.
- Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your store account.
- Membership does not buy more exposure or better ratings.
8. Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time in the app or through our website. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, to protect other users, or if the law requires it.
9. Our service
We work to keep MyVibe available and safe, but we provide it "as is", without promises that it will always work or that ratings are accurate. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for what other users do. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. We update the version at the top, and for important changes the app asks you to accept the new version before you continue.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
